The spread includes the roasted whole pig, grilled pineapple, mashed potatoes with cheese, sweet Hawaiian rolls with butter, fried cheese, fried plantains, gallo pinto, and fresh papaya and mango. It comes with soda, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and cold water — and any bar or alcohol package can be added on.
