Step 1: We plan before you arrive
It starts with a conversation. You tell me your dates, your group size, the occasion, and what you love to eat — plus any dietary needs. I help you shape a menu that fits, whether that's a fresh seafood feast, Costa Rican classics, a big grilled dinner, or a mix across your stay. Step 2: I shop for fresh, local ingredients
On your meal day, I handle all the shopping — local markets for the freshest produce and the day's best catch from the coast. You don't lift a finger or spend a minute in a grocery store. Everything comes with me to your villa, ready to cook.
Step 3: I cook in your villa's kitchen
I arrive at your villa, set up, and cook everything fresh on-site. Your group can gather in the kitchen and chat while I work, relax by the pool, or keep the party going — however you like it. There's a wonderful, laid-back energy to having a chef cooking in your own space, with the aromas filling the villa and no reservation to rush to.
Step 4: I serve, you enjoy

Step 5: I clean up and head out
