- Two big roast turkeys, carved tableside
- All the Thanksgiving fixings — stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry, roasted veggies, the works
- A few local Tico plates & sides for a Costa Rican twist
- Dessert to finish — because it isn't Thanksgiving without it
