Most vacation villas in Jacó, Playa Hermosa, and Los Sueños come with a full kitchen — stove, oven, refrigerator, counter space, and basic pots, pans, and dishes. That's plenty for me to cook a beautiful multi-course meal. You don't need to buy or rent any special equipment. If your villa has a working kitchen and a table to serve at, we're in great shape.
I bring the skill — and the little extras when needed
Where a villa kitchen is light on a particular tool, I bring what's needed to get the job done. My job is to adapt to your space, not the other way around. From knives to technique, the important equipment is what I carry in my hands and my experience. You just relax and let me handle the setup.
An outdoor grill is a bonus, not a must
Many villas have a BBQ grill or an outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is wonderful for a big grilled dinner or a pig roast — but it's a nice bonus, not a requirement. If your villa has one, let me know and we can plan a menu that makes the most of it. If it doesn't, the indoor kitchen handles everything beautifully.
