Casa Elite: Jacó Beach's Best Large-Group Bachelor Party Villa

Some bachelor parties don't fit in a 7-bedroom house. When the crew is 20, 25, or 30 deep — and everyone wants their own room, a game room to burn energy in, a steam room to recover in, and a villa big enough that you're not tripping over each other — there is one property in Jacó that was built for exactly that: Casa Elite. Thirteen bedrooms. Eleven bathrooms. Sleeps up to 30. Steps from Jacó Beach and Downtown Jacó's nightlife. Visit www.jacobeachchef.com to check availability and pricing for your dates.

This is not a villa that was squeezed to fit a large group. Casa Elite was built at scale — with large common areas, multi-level balconies, a full outdoor bar and BBQ, a dedicated game room with pool table, air hockey, and foosball, a movie room for late nights in, and a steam room and cold plunge that no other villa in the portfolio offers. It's the most complete bachelor party villa in our lineup, and at $131/guy/day (Green Season), it's also the lowest per-head price for a large-group property this loaded.

The House: What You're Getting

Casa Elite is a multi-floor luxury villa in the heart of Downtown Jacó Beach — steps from the sand, restaurants, bars, and everything the Central Pacific has to offer. Here's the full breakdown:

• 13 bedrooms · 11 bathrooms — every person gets their own room. No sharing, no bunks.
• Sleeps up to 30 — built for large groups, not stretched for them.
• Pool + hot tub — the social center of the compound.
• Steam room — exclusive to Casa Elite in our portfolio.
• Cold plunge — recovery done right after a big night.
• Game room — pool table, air hockey, foosball. Tournaments happen here.
• Movie room — for the nights when the group wants to stay in.
• Large balconies — multi-level outdoor space with views over Downtown Jacó.
• Outdoor bar + BBQ — fully equipped for group entertaining.
• Air conditioning throughout — every room, always cool.
• Daily housekeeping — the house takes care of itself.
• Nighttime security — someone on property every night.

Why This House Works for a Large Bachelor Party

The thing that makes Casa Elite different from every other villa in Jacó is the combination of scale and amenities. Most large-group properties are just houses with a lot of bedrooms. Casa Elite has the bedrooms — but it also has the game room, the steam room, the cold plunge, the movie room, and the outdoor bar. Your group can fill an entire day without leaving the compound if you want to. Or you can walk out the gate and be at the beach, a bar, or a restaurant in minutes.

At $131/guy/day (Green Season), it's the best value per head in our portfolio for a group of 13 or more. That price covers the villa — a 13-bedroom luxury property in the heart of Downtown Jacó Beach. Add the Jaco Beach Chef all-inclusive package on top and your entire trip is handled: food, drinks, transportation, and hosting.

The All-Inclusive Bachelor Party Package

The reason bachelor parties at Casa Elite run so smoothly is the Jaco Beach Chef All-Inclusive Package. For $199 per guy per day added on top of the house rental, your group gets:

• ✅ Private chef — 2 meals a day cooked fresh at the villa (breakfast and dinner)
• ✅ Open bar — 15 beers per guy per day plus full liquor included
• ✅ Cold sodas, water, ice & mixers — always stocked
• ✅ Round-trip airport transfers — we pick you up, we drop you off
• ✅ Full-time local transportation — a vehicle available throughout your stay
• ✅ Full-time VIP hosting — your dedicated host handles every request
• ✅ Tour bookings — sport fishing, ATV, zip-line, snorkeling, nightlife — all arranged for you

That's the whole trip — house, food, drinks, transportation, and someone managing everything — for one flat number. No surprise bills at the end of the weekend.
