Casa Sundeck: Jacó Beach's Best Modern Bachelor Party Rental
If your crew wants something different — a brand-new modern villa that doesn't feel like every other rental, with high-end finishes, an aqua-tiled pool, and eight master bedrooms where every single guy gets his own room and his own bathroom — Casa Sundeck is your property. It's the newest villa in the Jaco Beach Chef portfolio, located six blocks from Cocal Casino in the heart of downtown Jacó. Eight bedrooms. Nine full bathrooms. A jacuzzi. A full ranch with outdoor kitchen. And a price per person that makes it the most accessible modern villa in our portfolio at group size. Visit www.jacobeachchef.com to check availability and pricing.
This is the right property for a group of 8 guys who want the full bachelor party experience — modern luxury villa, private chef, open bar — without the overhead of the mega-estates. At $156 per guy per day for the house alone (Green Season), Casa Sundeck delivers more per dollar than any other new-construction villa in Jacó.
The House: What You're Getting
Casa Sundeck is a 5,000 sq ft modern villa compound built around a private aqua-tiled pool and jacuzzi, located six blocks from Cocal Casino in downtown Jacó Beach. - Satellite cable TV throughout — every bedroom plus common areas.
- WiFi internet — fast and reliable throughout.
- Air conditioning throughout — every bedroom and common area.

Why This House Works for a Bachelor Party
What sets Casa Sundeck apart is the combination of new construction and price per person. This isn't a 15-year-old villa with worn-out furniture — it's a brand-new property with high-end finishes that still comes in under $160 per guy per day at Green Season rates. For a group of exactly 8, the math works out to $156 per guy per day, which is among the lowest in our VIP portfolio for a property of this caliber.
The downtown location six blocks from Cocal Casino means your group is in the middle of everything — walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment — without being tied to Ubers for every move. And because the compound is entirely private, you have full control over your schedule: pool at noon, chef-cooked dinner at sunset, out to the bars when the night calls for it.
💡 At 8 guys splitting the villa: $1,250/night ÷ 8 = $156 per guy, per day (Green Season). Add our All-Inclusive Package for just $199 more per guy — private chef, open bar (15 beers/guy/day + full liquor), airport transfers, and full-time VIP hosting. Everything handled, nothing to organize.
The All-Inclusive Bachelor Party Package
The reason bachelor parties at Casa Sundeck run so smoothly is the Jaco Beach Chef All-Inclusive Package. For $199 per guy per day added on top of the house rental, your group gets:
- ✅ Private chef — 2 meals a day cooked fresh at the villa (breakfast and dinner)
- ✅ Open bar — 15 beers per guy per day plus full liquor included
- ✅ Cold sodas, water, ice & mixers — always stocked
- ✅ Round-trip airport transfers — we pick you up, we drop you off
- ✅ Full-time local transportation — a vehicle available throughout your stay
- ✅ Full-time VIP hosting — your dedicated host handles every request
- ✅ Tour bookings — sport fishing, ATV, zip-line, snorkeling, nightlife — all arranged for you
That's the whole trip — house, food, drinks, transportation, and someone managing everything — for one flat number. No surprise bills at the end of the weekend.
