About Casa Sundeck (Casa VIP 4)
Also known as Casa VIP 4 in our rental portfolio, Casa Sundeck is a brand-new 5,000 sq ft tropical villa compound near downtown Jacó Beach — close to restaurants, nightlife, the beach, and everything Jacó has to offer. The property is organized around a private aqua-tiled pool and jacuzzi courtyard, with a fully covered rancho and outdoor kitchen for group entertaining. Every bedroom is a master suite with its own full en-suite bathroom, and the whole property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no shared spaces with strangers, no front desks, no curfews.
The ranch and outdoor kitchen is the social hub of the compound — a fully covered, high-end outdoor dining and entertaining space built for large groups. Add an aqua-tiled pool, a jacuzzi, satellite TV in every room, full air conditioning, washer and dryer, and daily housekeeping, and you have a property that runs itself. At www.jacobeachchef.com, we layer private chef and concierge services directly on top — so your group never has to think about logistics, grocery runs, or what to do next.
