About Casa Elite (Casa VIP 5)
Also known as Casa VIP 5 in our rental portfolio, Casa Elite sits in the heart of Downtown Jacó — just steps from Jacó Beach, the restaurants, the nightlife, and all the Central Pacific has to offer. This is not a cramped vacation house stretched to fit a large group. The property was built at scale: 13 bedrooms across multiple floors, 11 bathrooms, large common areas, an entertainer's outdoor space, and amenities that match a high-end resort — except it's entirely private and entirely yours.
Three floors of modern luxury living, two master suites on the top floor each with a private bathroom, five additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and eight bedrooms with jack-and-jill bathrooms — so every guest has easy access to their own bathroom. Add daily housekeeping, nighttime security, and air conditioning throughout, and you have a property that runs itself. At www.jacobeachchef.com, we layer private chef and concierge services directly on top so your group never has to think about food, drinks, or logistics.

Bachelor Party Package at Casa Elite
Casa Elite is built for a large bachelor party group. Thirteen bedrooms means every guy gets his own room — no doubling up, no bunks, no pulling rank to see who gets the good bed. The game room keeps the pre-night energy going. The steam room and cold plunge handle recovery after a big night out. The pool and hot tub are the social center of the compound. And the outdoor bar and BBQ mean your crew can host at the villa before heading downtown — which is literally steps from the front door. When you add the Jaco Beach Chef all-inclusive package, you get everything arranged for you. For $199 per guy per day added to the house rental, your group gets:
- ✅ Private chef — 2 fresh meals a day cooked at the villa (breakfast and dinner)
- ✅ Open bar — 15 beers per guy per day + full liquor included
- ✅ Cold sodas, water, ice & mixers — always stocked
- ✅ Round-trip airport transfers — pickup and dropoff handled
- ✅ Full-time local transportation — vehicle available throughout your stay
